Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase required.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@chaoticfamilywear.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

Exchanges — To exchange an item, return it first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

EU Customers — In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Standard return conditions apply. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds — Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at returns@chaoticfamilywear.com.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
